A note to Eva

Dear Eva.

You've been coming to see the band play for many, many years. Then on a beautiful night in September at one of our shows I forgot your name. It was a momentary lapse of recollection that I can't explain because I DO know your name, but whatever the case, I still forgot and I am sorry. I will never forget how disappointed you were and even a little hurt. We miss you and Deb and we hope you find it in your heart to forgive and forget. I will NEVER forget that I forgot.
